This English version is provided for information and convenience. The Russian-language version is the primary version for legal and contractual purposes. The consent wording must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before use in a website form or another consent mechanism.

This text is intended for use in connection with future website forms, analytics tools and direct enquiries submitted through the available SERM-UP communication channels.

Current Website Status

The website currently does not contain an enquiry form or a consent checkbox.

This text is published in advance so that a user can review the possible processing terms before contacting SERM-UP.

Opening Telegram from the website does not by itself create consent on the SERM-UP website. The user voluntarily provides information through the selected external communication channel.

Automated and non-automated processing methods may be used where applicable.

6. Third-Party Services

When Telegram, email, hosting, analytics or other technical services are used, data may be processed through the infrastructure of the relevant provider.

Each provider may operate under its own terms and privacy policy.

The controller should use third-party access only to the extent required for communication, website operation and performance of agreed work.

7. Consent Period

Consent remains effective for the period required to process the enquiry and subsequent communication, unless it is withdrawn earlier or another lawful basis applies.

The precise retention period depends on the relationship, contractual obligations and applicable law.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

The user may withdraw consent by contacting the controller by email or Telegram.

The request should identify:

• the user;
• the communication channel used;
• the approximate date of the original communication;
• the specific request concerning the data.

The controller will review the request in accordance with applicable obligations and technical capabilities.

Withdrawal does not require deletion of data that must be retained or processed under another applicable legal basis.

The privacy policy and this consent text should be reviewed together and updated when the website's actual data-processing practices change.
