Current Website Status
The website currently does not contain an enquiry form or a consent checkbox.
This text is published in advance so that a user can review the possible processing terms before contacting SERM-UP.
Opening Telegram from the website does not by itself create consent on the SERM-UP website. The user voluntarily provides information through the selected external communication channel.
1. User Consent
By voluntarily submitting personal data to the controller through an available communication channel or a future website form, the user consents to the processing of that data to the extent required to review the enquiry and prepare a response.
Where a website checkbox is introduced, the consent mechanism should:
- remain unchecked by default;
- link to the current privacy policy;
- clearly identify the controller;
- state the purposes of processing;
- record the date, time and consent action where technically required.
